Know your business plan

We will work with you to fully understand who your audience is, what the best medium is going to be to reach them, and what the proper tone will be to speak to them. By downloading and filling out our client prep form, we will understand your business’ dire needs as well as your future goals which will help determine which services are appropriate for you.

Know your timeline

There are many factors that are taken into consideration when creating project timelines: research, design, client feedback, testing phases, outside printing and production time, and delivery time (to name a few). Visit our process section to get a better understanding on the steps we take with ALL projects so that you can plan your project goals accordingly.

Know your budget

Where will we fit into your overall marketing plan? Knowing what you can spend before coming to us allows us to be able to plan for the best use of your time and money. You will never need to sacrifice on quality of our work, but understand that outside factors such as printing and production need to be taken into consideration and we can help control those factors when we know what your budget is.

Projects can be estimated in multiple ways: project-to-project, and retainer plan. The project-to-project method might be a more comfortable way to become familiar with the design process, and us as your design partner. Costs will be estimated in a low-high range with 3 rounds of revisions included. Edits that go above and beyond the time and scope of work will be charged an hourly rate above original estimate. The retainer plan is a great solution for clients with multiple needs and a longer engagement with us. By working on a monthly fee, you will have priority acess to our services and time, and work will be completed within monthly brackets.
